Free file checks

The free checker reads your selected file in your browser. It does not upload or retain that file or send its content to an AI provider. Closing or reloading the page clears the file and results from the app. Downloaded reports remain on your device until you delete them.

Accounts and monitoring

For accounts, we store your verified email address, account identifier, preferences, and billing status. Monitoring stores your chosen feed name and public URL. The worker fetches that URL to validate its contents, then stores report findings such as product IDs, field names, and errors. Raw feed bodies are processed temporarily and are not stored by the app. Do not provide confidential feed URLs or credentials.

Service providers

Clerk provides account authentication; Supabase stores application data; Vercel hosts the website; Railway runs scheduled checks; Stripe processes billing; and Resend delivers service and opted-in marketing emails. Payment card details are collected by Stripe, not stored by FeedPreflight. These providers process data needed to deliver and protect the service. Technical requests and logs may include IP addresses, browser information, and requested URLs. Google Fonts receives font requests. No advertising pixels are installed.

Retention and choices

Scheduled reports are removed after 30 days by the worker. Account details, feed settings, billing references, and email delivery records remain until no longer needed or an account deletion request is processed. Provider backups, security logs, and records required for billing or legal obligations may remain longer under their retention requirements. Deletion requests are reviewed and may require verification of account ownership.

Marketing is optional and can be disabled in the dashboard or through an email unsubscribe link. This does not cancel a subscription or stop necessary service communications. Cancel paid monitoring through the billing portal.

Data use

We use these records to provide checks, deliver reports, manage access and payments, respond to requests, and prevent abuse. We do not sell feed data or send it to an AI model. Providers may process data outside your location.
